Facebook group for it is –

Communities are being ravaged across the world in the name of big coal
while increasing devastation brought on by climate change hits the
global headlines again. Fossil Free UCL, in collaboration with the
London Mining Network, are pleased to bring to UCL three speakers from
the frontlines of resistance to dirty coal.

On Thursday October 23rd, speakers from the Philippines, Colombia, and
Indonesia will tell their own communities’ tales of the devastation
brought on by the global mining giant. Join us to hear how UCL’s money
and collaboration is fueling BHP Billiton’s destruction of local
communities and what can be done.

Refreshments will be served.

Best wishes,
